July 25th Meeting

Bead Society Meeting Westbank
Saturday July 25, 2009
Time 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Location: LOVE LUTHERAN CHURCH,
3730 MAC ARTHUR BLVD.
NEW ORLEANS, LA 70114

Our July project will be a Magic Spiral bracelet taught by Vicki Blancq.
In addition Vicki will add some lagniappe to her class. A bonus box made of scrapbook paper at no extra charge.



Material List:

Toggle Clasp
Nymo or thread of choice
Beading needle to accomodate thread choice
Size 8/0 seed beads
Size 11/0 seed beads 2-3 colors

Kits will be available in various colors for $ 7.00

Cost for Class $ 12.00

Our project will be a Two Drop Diagonal Peyote Bracelet and will be instructed by Jean Perret.



Material List:

Size 11 round seed beads in two colors
3 mm crystals or beads
Size 15 seed beads in contrasting color for fringe
Size 10 or 12 needle
Beading thread or Fileline
Clasp of your choice

Optional:

Button embellishment

** NOTE: Make sure you have enough Size 11 beads to complete this project.

Cost for Class $ 12.00

Kits will be available. Cost for the kits: $ 10.00
